  • Parking on the Patmore Estate is limited.

  • In order to park on the Estate, residents and visitors require a permit.

  • These permits allow you to park on the Estate land, but only where the signs say PW or PE.

  • They do not cover you for parking at metered bays on the public highways.

  • Permits can be obtained from the Estate office by completing an application form.

  • Keep your visitors permit safe. If you lose it, we will not be able to issue a replacement for 12 months and there will be a charge of currently £18.
